Standard OEM orders typically start at 100-200 units per SKU. For new partnerships, we offer trial orders with flexible MOQ (as low as 50 units) to help you test the market before committing to larger volumes.
Sample production typically takes 7-15 business days. Mass production lead time is 15-30 days depending on order volume and customization complexity. Rush orders can be accommodated with expedited scheduling.
All ORION products are CE, FCC, ROHS, and REACH certified. Our factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We also maintain UKCA compliance for the UK market. Certification documents are available for download in our Download Center.
Yes, absolutely. We provide complete private labeling service: your logo on the SSD label, custom model name and vendor ID in firmware, custom retail packaging (boxes, blister packs), and even custom PCB silkscreen. This is our core business.
We source NAND flash from tier-1 suppliers including Kioxia (formerly Toshiba), Micron, SK Hynix, and YMTC. We can work with your preferred NAND supplier. All NAND is grade A, tested, and traceable.
We provide samples at discounted rates for qualified B2B buyers. Sample costs are typically refundable from your first bulk order. Standard sample lead time is 7-10 days including international shipping.
All ORION SSDs come with a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty (up to 5 years) is available for enterprise and industrial orders. We maintain a failure rate below 0.3% across all product lines.
We ship via DHL, FedEx, and UPS for express delivery (3-7 days worldwide). Sea freight and air freight are available for bulk orders (500+ units). We handle all export documentation including Certificate of Origin and Form A.
Yes. We can customize firmware including model name strings, vendor ID, serial number format, LED behavior, SMART attribute customization, and performance profiles (power-saving vs. high-performance). Custom firmware typically requires a minimum order of 500 units.
We manufacture M.2 2280 (standard NVMe), M.2 2242 (compact), 2.5-inch SATA (7mm), mSATA, and custom form factors for industrial/embedded applications. We also produce half-slim and DOM (Disk on Module) form factors upon request.
Yes. We offer fully custom retail packaging design and production: printed boxes with your artwork, blister packs, clamshell packaging, and bulk tray packaging. We can also include accessories (screws, manuals, installation guides) in the box.
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C at sight, and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established partners, we offer net 30/60 payment terms and flexible trade credit.

Consumer-grade SSDs have TBW (Total Bytes Written) ratings suitable for 3-5 years of typical use. Industrial-grade SSDs with pSLC/MLC NAND offer extended endurance suitable for 5-10+ years in write-intensive applications. Please refer to individual product datasheets for specific TBW ratings.
